At Bathroom & Kitchen Services, we value our customers' feedback.  We regularly receive unsolicited letters of satisfaction from our customers in addition to the end-of-job survey.  Below are some highlights from these unsolicited comments and feedback from our end-of-job survey.  We keep all letters and customer surveys in our showroom in our "What Customers Say" binder.  Next time you are in the showroom, just ask one of our staff members to point it out for you!

  • The time to complete was very reasonable. The quality of work was excellent. Scott was available to answer questions anytime we asked, even off hours. Scott’s quality of work and attention to detail was excellent. Completely satisfied – we love our kitchen!

  • The initial review made me look forward to the final package. The time it took to complete the job was what Scott said the time would take. We are very satisfied.

  • I think the spreadsheets and billing statements are a big help in tracking expenses. I'm very satisfied. [My project manager] was conscientious about addressing my concerns. He consulted me patiently about all choices. The work he did was faultless.

  • Mark is low key, but very organized. We enjoyed his professionalism and the time he took to address our questions and help us address design issues. We were surprised how organized the project was with the spreadsheet showing the details. We liked the ability to trade in and out design options and tasks. We now love the room.

  • Excellent first impression, friendly. Most importantly – there when they said they would be there. The design presentation was very informative and they did not try to oversell us. Did a good job cleaning each day.
Scott L. and Eileen B. Master Bathroom and Hall Bathroom Remodel in Dublin, April 2009
  • BKS was willing to work with me to get what I wanted done. There were no problems with my project. Everything was finished for the weekend and my daughter coming home, which was nice. Tom was very meticulous in putting in the tile. Love my flooring – want my other two bathrooms done!

  • The site was always cleaned up at the end of each day. If there were any issues/decisions to be made, I would know about them before he [the project manager] proceeded any further. Very satisfied with the final product.

  • The dust has cleared, the room has been painted, and we couldn’t be happier with our newly renovated master-bathroom. Scott and Tom certainly displayed skill in every aspect of re-construction, but they were also respectful, they cleaned up at the end of the workday, and most of all, they communicated with us as the project progressed. I always knew ahead of time if the water was to be turned off, etc., so that I could plan accordingly. We suffered an unexpected leak after the first shower, but I judge the worth of a company by the quality of response, and Scott responded in a timely manner, with concern and an effective solution. You have a group of talented, responsible contractors. I was shocked, when on the morning of a snow storm that shut down everything, including OSU, Tom showed up at my house – bright and early! Thank you.
